Today, Ellen had Kathy Freston on.

Ellen mentioned she talks about cheese pizzas and other foods but she can't do it anymore. Kathy's book looks amazing and I am going to order it.
She talks about making changes. Not all at once but in little steps. Give up one animal or go meatless on Mondays.

I applaud Ellen! Everyone in the audience got a copy of Kathy's book. Again with this author and the Skinny Bitches being on the show, a lot of eyes will hopefully open.
