What goes better with cheese than chocolate? NOTHING. If I could subsist on these two things for the rest of my days (and not die from lack of vitamins and nutrients), I totally would. I would eat a piece of chocolate, and then a piece of cheese, and then a piece of chocolate... you get the idea. One of the best chocolatiers out there right now is Xan Confections. Oh My Goodness, their truffles are To Die For. Literally. Bury me in a box, please. I LOVE Trader Joe's 72% Dark Chocolate bars!!
I haven't tried vegan cheese yet, it's pretty rare in NZ.
My fave chocolate would be Whittaker's Dark Ghana 73% or Sweet William's white chocolate.
I love all the vegan cheeses I've tried. My faves are really homemade versions, like reicpes from the Uncheese Cookbook.

My favorite brand of vegan cheese is Follow Your Heart brand. Mmmm, and it makes the BEST quesodillas. I probably spelled that wrong, too. lol. :-)
Fave cheese is definitely Daiya. Fave chocolate? Probably Endangered Species chocolate, they're so good! :)

Everyone posting on here makes me want to try Daiya so bad! As soon as I see it in a store I'm grabbing it!
