Working a long day

So tomorrow I am working a pretty long day (11am-11pm) with no breaks.

I am gonna starve if I don't have some munchable foods on hand I can consume while waitressing. 

I intend on taking

Handful of walnuts
Bagel
Apple
Clementine
Carrot

But it sounds kinda carby to me.  What are some veggies I can take that will stay good at room temp for several hours??

Pretty much anything would be o.k.  I used to work 12-hour shifts as a nurse and leave a big bowl of broccoli, carrots, peppers, etc. out to much on the entire time.  I used to bring frozen fruit and let that thaw and eat it towards the end of the shift.

Don't work too hard.

Thanks for your response but when I showed up today, she had apparently decided to close without telling me. so that's kinda cool/kinda not.  Good to know for the future though! I mean I eat veggies at room temp a lot, but I've never left them out after they've been cut or whatever so I wasn't sure how it would go.
