I am participating in a vegan food swap and so I need some need to be able to freeze whatever I make. Will the tofu dishes freeze okay?

If it's something that you'd have to heat up before hand, I think it should be okay.

Tofu changes texture after it is frozen. If you have visible chunks of tofu, you'll just have to anticipate a different consistency. If you're tofu is pureed, like in a sauce, I don't know how it would freeze.
