After making soybean milk, I wish I can do something with those dry thing left.
I know it is very good for weight control.
So, do you have an idea how to cook bean dust?

I would just mix it up with some sweetcorn, some red and green peppers, some soy sauce and ginger, and eat.
But I'm lazy and have the tastebuds of a teenager.
Just eat it raw? Or bake it?
I usually add it to the soybeans when I make tempeh or dry it and add it when baking for some of the flour.
I don 't think you should eat okara raw. I think it gives you a stomach ache or something. Here's some info on it that will hopefully help you. Good luck!
