Vegan Wedding Menu with Recipes

Last month I got married, and fun as that was the reason I'm sharing is that my mother-in-law and I put together an awesome menu of all-vegan food!
I've posted the menu and all of the recipes to my website - www.HealthyVeganRecipes.net/featured/vegan-wedding-food. So if you're planning a wedding, a big party, or are just curious hope you enjoy looking through the recipes!
Everyone loved the food, even though most of our guests weren't vegan. There were no leftover appetizers, they ALL got eaten, and just a bit of left over from dinner. And my true test was that there was quite a bit of dessert left over, so people weren't just waiting around for the sweets to come out.

Im actually going to a friends wedding so i will pass it on to his friends who are organising the cooking. there are a few vegetarians maybe 5 and me the lonely vegan.. but i think they will make all the non meat dishes vegan. I hope!

I want to make a thread about it including pics of the food. All the food got eaten, which was good and bad (because my wife and I didn't get any leftovers). Most of the guests weren't veg, but they LOVED the food. If anyone needs a great caterer in the tahoe area I'd happily recommend.

nice, congrats!! yeah, I was really looking forward to lots of leftovers too, especially cause we spent the whole week before cooking the food for our wedding... I did absolutely nothing the day after, I was so tired.
aw, I meant to take photos of the food but with the rush of the day I forgot... I would love to see the pics from yours!
When I get all the pics sorted out I'll post em. We had a vegan cake too which was SO GOOD
