I know that I've seen a brand in our (normalish) super market, and I think it's that one. Not sure if you can find it, and it's probably going to be pretty expensive. What colors are you wanting? You could also go a 'natural' route with fruits, beet powder, and other such things?

From what I can tell, these food colorings are vegan: McCormick 4 color set, and probably many others.
FD&C YELLOW 5, FD&C RED 40, FD&C BLUE 1, FD&C RED 3 - these are all derived from petroleum from a brief google search, but feel free to verify on your own. Propylene glycol is listed as vegan by the Vegetarian Resource Group, and, although I couldn't find propylparaben immediately, but Wikipedia says that it is usually synthetically produced.
