Yesterday I had brunch at my in-laws and they served a curried chicken salad and it looked really good but I asked for the recipe to try to veganize and she said she just dumped some stuff together.  So my question is does anyone have recipe/suggestion for a curried "chicken" salad, it had grapes and almonds in it?  Thanks!
