Tofu Pasta Recipe

I bought this spinach tofu fettucini at whole foods and I dont know how to use them. I have heard that they are really rubbery and not strong like 'real pasta', so I was wondering how I should use them.
I dont want to eat soup( soup season is over).
I dont have much time because I work full time and Im in school getting masters.
Anyone have any ideas?
I've never had them, but if they have good flavor, you could maybe just mix some up with a bit of good olive oil, salt, and pepper (after preparing them however they are supposed to be prepared).
