oops on entering too soon. I was using up the last of my sugar pea seeds in the garden today and I began wondering, other than eating the sugar pea pods and stir frying the young plants, is there any other way to prepare them? Specifically, letting the peas ripen and dry out for storage and then somehow cooking them over the winter?
