These burgers are too spicy for me!

I bought some spicy bean burgers (don't usually get meat analogues but these were on sale and I had a coupon), hoping that they'd be spicy, but not too hot. But they're HOT.  :o I can't take spicy things very well, and it's too much for my poor palate. I want to be able to use these somehow, or I'll feel like I wasted my money. Any suggestions?

I thought about crumbling them up and making other patties out of the patties, or a different sandwich filling with stuff to cut the heat. But I dunno...

I would make some kind of taco or something out of them! Tomato and avocado have nice, cool flavors. They might help cut the spice down to a manageable level.

What the heck brand are these? I might need to try them... I love spicy food!

Definitely mash them up and make taco filling!  Black beans, refried beans, rice, tomato and lime will make it yummy in a tortilla.  mmm spicy taco goodness.

The brand's Sol Cuisine (it's an organic brand, and I'm not sure it's available anywhere but Canada). The taco idea is fantastic - thank you!!!

Awww, darn. The "spicy" bean burgers I get aren't really spicy at all... I was so hopeful.

You're welcome for the taco suggestion- I am the queen of "can I make it in five minutes or less with what I already have in the fridge?" meals.
