I accidentally left some quinoa I was soaking; got a migraine and forgot about it and left it for a few hours.  When I finally remembered it I was shocked to see that it had already started sprouting!  Is this a good thing?  Can quinoa be used like other kinds of sprouts?  What is the best way to sprout them?
