Soy based sushi wrap?

I had a summer roll from Whole Foods yesterday that was out of this world. The wrapper was green, I thought it was lettuce at first. The ingredients said it was soy based. What was it? I want to buy more and make it all the time!
soy bean paper.
I know nothing else about it; the place down the street makes some of their rolls with it.
I came across this product

on eBay when I was browsing for bento stuff. I've never seen soy paper in any of the co-op's or grocery stores in my area, though. I wonder if it's a common item in oriental markets?

I think those are them, but...there's something sketchy to me about ordering food from ebay! ;) I will check if Whole Foods has them next time I go. They must sell them if they serve them!
I had only seen green ones, but thanks, BP! I would have probably bought pink ones because they were "cute". Now I know.
Not like I actually make my own sushi or anything... maybe some day!
They're yuba, which is a product of making soymilk. If you boil the soymilk and let a skin form, take it off gently, and let it dry, apparently what you get is yuba. Yuba's also the "skin" on Now&Zen's Unturkey. I have a package of it at home... it's pretty tasty stuff stir fried.
But I can't bring myself to buy sushi-sheets of it for as pricey as it is when I have nori =/ ... and too bad that pink one in the pack isn't vegan. I haven't seen them sold aside from the "Sushi Party" one.
