My boyfriends grandma has some silken tofu leftover after our visist and she needs some advice.
So its 70 years old and has not idea about what to do with it.
I was thinking chocolate moose but its hard to get avoacdos for her.
I dont think she has a blender or anything.
Any suggestions? I used to just add it to tomoato soup but thats the only thing i can think of.
Tofu chocolate mousse can be made with just the tofu and melted chocolate chips. I prefer one package silken, 8 oz melted chips, 1/2 tsp almond extract, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, pour into a graham cracker crust. Or not. Good on a spoon!
If the tofu is 70 years old don't let granny eat it. Throw it out!
she lives in a small city in danish, i think she can get the chocolate easy enough, the other stuff i dont know. I will suggest it to her.
The tofu im sure is just bought... hmmm i dont think tofu would of been in denmark 70 years ago.. its hard enough getting it now.
lol
