Hi everyone :), i'm new here as a registered member but have been a lurker on the site for years. i'm wondering are there any other recipes for shark fin melon besides shark fin melon soup.

i have harvested my six melons and would like a variety of ways to prepare them for the family over the next few winter months.

we are vegan by the way,
