I'd say, just use any of the basic recipes on here, make a semi-big batch, and freeze it.
You could form the dough into little balls, lay them out on a tray (or even a piece of cardboard/wax paper), and stack however many of those in Your freezer....then they will be ready to pop off the tray and onto a cookie sheet to thaw!

excellent suggestion CW, and much cheaper (yikes!!!good investigating work though guys!) But gone are the days of being able to walk into bashes, grab the chocolate chip frozen cookie dough off the shelf and begin eating it in the car on the way home...*tear*

That's an awesome idea. I would try that if I had more than a shoe-box sized freezer.

Oh! I do that too except I don't make little balls. I freeze a big log of cookie dough in some tin foil. Then, when I need it, I slice off a couple of pieces. It works really well.

ha ha! I used to open up the cookie dough and eat it raw too >:D my poor kids loved chocolate chip cookies, but I would steal so much of the dough I ended up buying 2 packages.... one for cooking for them and one for me raw! Ive only been vegan for 3 months, and now with learning everything I have it grosses me out that I did that :-X
