Raw coconut frosting help?

I'm trying to think up a way to make a coconut frosting to go with my raw cinna-ginger cupcakes (Just 1 cup dates, 1 cup walnuts, 1.5 - 2 TBSP cinnamon, and 1/2 - 1 tsp ginger. Would've made them chocolate, but I ran out of cocoa powder =(.) So how can I make a good coconut frosting for about 8 cupcakes using this stuff?

Coconut oil
Unsweetened Coconut shreds
Agave Nectar
Cashews (please use in small amounts if using, these are expensive)
Walnuts (again, in small amounts please)
Grade A Maple Syrup

the coco oil will help it firm up at room temp.  I would blend the coconut, and soaked cashews, and agave or maple syrup, then add the coconut oil....I've made raw frostings before using coco oil so I think this will work, but its still just an educated guess!
