nut burgers

Hi everyone
I'm sorry if this is redundant - I've looked around the site a few times trying to find recipes for nut burgers. I've only found one, made with pecans and tofu, and a couple with nuts + oatmeal. I'm looking for one without the oatmeal/tofu/beans. There is a restaurant near me that makes EXCELLENT nut 'burgers' - they're really more of a paste, & are probably baked because they'd fall through a grill - I assume they're just a blend of pureed nuts that are formed into these patties & put into the bread/bun. Has anyone come across a recipe for something similar? they are so good, I'd make them all the time if I could. Might just experiment if this doesn't help. thanks!
It does seem like most of the nut burger/patty recipes I've ran across do contain oatmeal/tofu/beans. I'm guessing that's because these things would act as a binder to keep the patties intact. Here are a few recipes to check out:
