I know I keep plugging it, but the Yummy Nut Roast http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=7406.0 is rich, satisfying and gorgeous. It freezes well too. With a good vegan gravy you're set!!
that recipe looks great. the only problem is im trying to find something that my dad can eat, and he has acid reflux, so no tomatoes or peppers.
=/
i will probably try that recipe on another day though. it looks very filling!
general tao's tofu, baha tofu tacos with cilantro coleslaw, 7 layer dip all here on vegweb... you can always just sub or leave out ingredients your dad can't eat... if you need help holla
Does your dad's intestinal tract tolerate beans at all? If so, try a bean dish with rice. You can always add a nice salad on the side or fruit. HTH ;)b
