Some friends of mine opened a new restaurant this week.  They do serve meat, but are trying really hard to make it vegetarian and vegan friendly.  They could definitely use our support.  Options include Acorn Squash Cornucopia, Buffalo Tofu, Veggie Skewers, and a daily vegan special!
