Hello all,

My family is having a seder to mark the last night of Passover this weekend and I really want to make some matzoh ball soup. Last year I made the recipe from VWAV and I loved the broth but the matzoh balls were heavy and gross.  Does anyone have another vegan recipe for matzoh balls? Hopefully, I am not the only one on vegweb staying kosher for Pesach!
