looking for a recipe

i recently had a sweet potato/rice/black bean casserole at a brunch that was delish and i can't find a recipe even remotely like it anywhere.
i know it had coconut, lime and garlci as well and i think it's orginally a moosewood recipe.
anyone ever hear of such a dish and know of any recipes that are possibly close to this?

This is as close as I can find.
To make it a casserole:
Add uncooked rice + some more liquid and cook in covered casserole
or
add cooked rice and bake to warm
BTW, I LUV sweet potato burritos! Yummy!
