looking for gluten free rolled cookie recipe

DH is in the play "Harvey" and he saw my rabbit cookie cutter at Christmas so we decided to make rabbit cookies for the cast as a treat. However, two cast members are gluten free. Anyone have a tried and true cut out GF rolled cookie recipe?
