"Loaf Studio" recipe generator from Vegan Lunch Box

Has anyone used this? It's a mix and match form to make a customized vegan loaf, and it even gives you a recipe all set up with the measurements and steps for whatever you pick. Looks promising :}
This may be the greatest thing... ever. I'll give my "Loaf Loaf" a try on Saturday, methinks...
I have sort of used it. It does help as a quick guide for amounts of what will stick together.
But I always end up making mine spicer or adding a little something else to it.
I reccomend her mini wellingtons (the filling is basically a 'loaf'). wow! yummy.

Has anyone's loaf experimentation ever resulted in something close to the "Veggie Loaf" by Amy's Kitchen? The texture and moistness is very different from other veggie loafs I've eaten.
I've been using that site (as a guideline) a lot lately, with some great results - so I searched the boards today just to make sure it had been posted at some point.
Excellent loaf I made last night was: black beans & chickpeas, cooked amaranth & oat bran, almonds, onions, garlic, flax meal, ketchup, basil, black pepper. At first it was very wet, and then I just added more oat bran until it was the right consistency. Best first-meal-after-not-being-sick-anymore ever!
