Thanks for the link to the vegandad blog!  I'd like to try the sloppy joe recipe but I am wondering if the taste of the tempeh comes through or if it is completely disguised by the sauce.  I'm always looking for ways to make tempeh so that it doesn't taste like tempeh.  Is this one? If not I might used crumbled tofu or tsp. Thanks!
