I know how healthy this for you and at the farmers market today where I bought it the sign says it does not contain oxalic acid. I love the fact it is so high in calcium and other vitamins.
Is it true it has no oxalic acid? If it does is it ok to consume a nice amount? Not really a huge quantity but maybe a a handful cooked or possibly juiced. (its really yummy)
Also, is it possible to buy larger quantites and freeze it for later use...would i put it directly into freezer. I ask because where I live we dont have lambs quarter but in the city they do and I dont go often.
thanks!
