So i'm devoted to my loaf pans.. I really am. So when I recieved a second hand bread machine it sat in the old cardboard box for months.. and today, I decided, on a whim (greatly influenced by the lack of vegan bread and me craving bad some blueberry preserves), to use it. And I fell in love. It was so simple and made delicious, soft, light oatmeal bread in less than 3 hours.

I can't wait to eat all of this delicious bread up and make some more! do any of you have any tried and true recipes you use with your machines?
