I need a recipe for soft bread

Hi guys, I got the worst craving today for that horrible tasteless, shapeless, preservative-filled, pre-sliced, pre-packaged sandwich "bread" that they sell at stores. Why? Because it's irresistably soft. Whenever I make bread, it always turns out "rustic" which is great, but I just want some freaking soft bread right now!! Does anybody have somthing light and fluffy like that?
Thank you so much in advance.
When you make your bread, make it a stickier dough, not working in as much flour. Give it a little dollop of oil in with the liquids. Knead it more than you ordinarily would, and skip the rough-textured additions you might ordinarily add. Consider using some white (unbleached) flour along with the whole wheat, too... it's squishier in the final product. Let it rise three times-- twice before shaping (punch it down between) and once after. It'll come out a lot softer.
I generally just wing it with quantities while making bread, so I'm a bad example while you're looking for recipes. However, I've made two delicious recipes from this site that were soft and satisfying... I'm sure there are more I haven't tried!
