There is an Indian resteraunt I used to go to in Sydney when I was just vegetarian that served the most DIVINE entree; Malai Mushrooms.
Please, anybody, I need the vegan recipe! I google & only come up with Mushroom Masala which is not what I want.

Masala Battered Fresh Mushrooms Deep Fried and lightly tossed in Sweet Chili Sauce.
