hi everyone!

i have been trying to find a VEGAN recipe for Hungarian Rum Cake -- "traditional" recipes i find online are FAR from vegan -- eggs, LARD, etc. -- UGH!

if anyone out there has any resources -- online or cookbooks or WHATEVER! -- that would be AWESOME!
