I tried a new style of hummus Cedar's horseradish hummus.
I thought it was delicious. :)>>>
But becareful though some of the other brands of Cedar's hummus have sugar. (The horseradish one doesn't though).
I just tried two of their flavors since it was buy one get one free at whole foods. I got the veggie hummus and sundried tomato hummus. They are both good and a nice change from my regular selection of hummus. I'm addicted to hummus.
People buy hummus? :o

I buy it becaue it is easier and I can never get the texture right when I make my own. Although, I have been eyeing the lentil hummus for a while. I'll have to check for the horseradish hummus. It sounds interesting. :)
Make the lentil hummus, monkey7. I just made some and had it on a microwaved potato for supper. Simple and so delicious. If you have an immersion blender it comes out perfect every time. Just toss everything in the container and blitz until smooth, moving the blender up and down in the container to make sure you get it all blended. Once you get the trick of it, you'll never want storebought again, because you can season to your taste. I often add just a touch of lemon zest.
Of course, no where do I know of in my city (or part of Spain) do they sell premade hummus since Marks and Spencers closed. It's make my own or die!!
Me, I'm VWs uncrowned queen of hummus, anyway.
