Is Hersheys Pot Of Gold Vegetarian? (Nut Collection)

I sent an email to them asking if it was, if the glycerin they use is vegetable derived or animal derived, and if their sugar is processed with bone char and i got a ridiculous reply:

What hes doing in the customer service department is beyond me.
Does anyone know?
They're definitely not vegan, because they contain dairy. They are probably vegetarian, because the site says that they are kosher-dairy and dairy is not supposed to mix with dead animal parts in kosher foods.
