Help with Lettuce

Hello All,
This is my post on the VegWeb forums - I actually came here specifically with a question in mind: I've come into possession of several heads of very fresh lettuce, but, besides making salads three times a day, I am at a loss of how to prepare them creatively. Does anyone have any exotic/obscure/creative recipes requiring a lot of lettuce?
Thanks!
I submitted a recipe for Hot Lettuce but I can. not. find it.
Here goes:
Make up a basic Chinese stirfry sauce with 2 tablespoons each of soysauce and dry white wine, a pinch of sugar and 2 tablespoons of vegan oyster sauce. Mix well.
Chop up a head of that lettuce.
In 2-3 tablespoons of oil in your wok, fry a couple of slices of ginger and a couple of smashed garlic cloves until fragrant. Add your lettuce and toss breifly, then add the sauce for just a minute.
Serve IMMEDIATELY.
This dish Will Not Stand, so sit right down and eat it. Don't cook it until you are ready to eat. You use a whole head because it wilts a bit.
This recipe is somewhere in the wilds of VegWeb's recipes, but I never could get the Search function to work properly.
