freezing homemade bread?

I have this in the oven right now: http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=12628.0 and I was wondering if it would be ok to freeze it? It says in the recipe that if you put it in the refrigerator, it turns into a brick...
I have frozen breads before but they did not for molasses in them like the bread you baked. The breads I have frozen are pita brea, black bean sourdough bread, and banana bread. They defrosted fine.
I dont know if it makes a difference but I used agave instead of the molasses?
I freeze my homemade whole wheat bread all the time because I make 4 loaves at a time. I usually use agave nectar as the sweetener, sometimes a mix of molasses/agave (that probably doesn't make a difference).
I just put it in a gallon size freezer bag and it usually gets eaten within a month. If you are freezing longer than that, maybe consider wrapping it more tightly.
Defrost at room temperature.. Only a few hours and is as good as the fresh loaf.
Note that I do not use that particular recipe.
I have made that bread, and while I didn't freeze it, I have purchased a very similar tasting bread with similar ingredients at my local HFS. It freezes very well as long as you seal it tightly, and obviously wait for it to cool before you freeze it. I don't think you'd have any trouble as long as it doesn't get freezer burnt.
