can i freeze these for smoothies later. theres a sale in my local grocery store.

You can freeze the pineapple. I'm not sure about the canteloupe if its whole. I pureed some canteloupe and watermelon this summer and froze them in plastic containers. They were good as slushies...so I don't see why you couldn't freze them and then make smoothies. The pineapple freezes well. Just make sure you put them in good freezer bags.

I'd cut them up first and freeze them in containers, if possible. Be sure to leave enough headspace-- they expand while freezing and I got watermelon slurry ALL over my freezer once. Boy, did it get sticky.
