I looooove smoothies. I don't have any exact measurements for you, but I can tell you what I like to play with- I always start with a banana, and then I add my favorite frozen berries, soy milk, and peanut or almond butter. It's very decadent with the nut butter. Lately I've been adding raw spinach and I don't taste a thing (which is good). I also like to add spinach to my tropical smoothies- banana, mango, pineapple. Very refreshing. I hope this helps!

½ frozen banana ½ avocado (cold from the fridge) Soymilk w. vanilla taste
Just blend with as much soymilk as you like. You could also dip fresh veggies in it! Yum!
