It's a decent egg replacer in just about anything. Of course, you really should make some brownies just to be certain. ;) But whatever you do, DO NOT make the mini-quiche recipe on the back--if it still exists. Good luck!

I don't have a recipe to recommend, but I do have a tip on using it. The first few times I tried to use it, I just couldn't get it to mix well with the water. The last time I did the same thing that I do with cornstarch: put the water and egg replacer in a small jar and shake well. It worked like a charm. Also take note that the directions tell you to pack the powder in the measuring spoon and use warm water.

I convinced a girl that veganism wasn't all about tofu with that recipe.... Yumm.... The vegan chocolate chips (made with chocolate liquor) are the secret.
By the way, the Quick & Easy Baker's "Egg" recipe on this site is essentially the same thing as Ener-G egg. Hehe. :)

Ditto on General Tao's Tofu. I've seen nothing but rave reviews. It's on my "to make soon" list.

I've made a few things with it - banana bread, cookies. They've come out wonderfully. I don't recall the exact proportions (check the box), but just subsitute it for eggs in any recipe. Yum.

It's just a jump to the left And then a step to the right With your hands on your hips You bring your knees in tight But it's the pelvic thrust that really drives you insane, Let's do the Time Warp again!
