I like when they mess up your order and then they redo it and give you both of them and only charge you for one. It's even better when they've just opened and they're just starting to train everyone and they mess your order up twice so you get 3 for the price of one. Yes, that did happen to me before and it was awesome! I don't get free stuff like that though  :-\

it's not really policy to do that, but a lot of people do it. it beats throwing out the mistaken drink, and usually people have a friend who wants a free messed up drink. Rarely did someone turn it down. Though with training, it seems that it always happens, just because so many (perfectly good) drinks are being made. And they don't necessarily train in the morning, so random free training drink could happen at anytime.

I thought it was funny with those drinks, because people were reluctant to take them. With a messed up drink order, there's already the customer there to get a free extra drink, but with the ones made from training, we'd offer it to whoever happened to pass by the bar, and usually it went something like "Really? ... are you sure it's ok? it's free? it's ok?" It wasn't very capitalist of us, but sometimes if the next order happened to match up closely with a drink we just made, we just offered them the one we made for free. People are pretty willing to let go of their "non-fat" "extra whip" whatever if it's free.
