I know this has probably been talked about before, but has anyone attended a culinary school that could cater to vegans? I know of the one in New York, but I don't think the New York City lifestyle would suit me well. I also have heard of the Natural School of Cookery in Boulder, CO. Has anyone been there? I've visited Colorado before and loved it, so I think I'd enjoy living there, but the school is quite an investment and I'd like to have some input beforehand if possible. And is anyone interested in going there in the future?
