I just read some wonderful stuff about it, but I'm not so sure how i want to use it. Anyone cooking with chia?

i sprinkle them all over my salad... and in my veggie burger or sandwiches too :)
you dont have to but you can grind them in a coffee grinder and put in oatmeal. I use 2 tbs of grounded flax seed with some coconut milk, cinnamon and blueberries...heavenly!
I uncook with it.....raw veggie burgers and crackers.
You can sprout them and eat the grasses raw, you can soak them for about an hour and eat the jelly (if you are an athlete this is really good for you because the chia seeds hold onto lots of water keeping you hydrated!), and you can use them pretty much the same way you would flax seeds!
I blend a spoonful of Chia seeds into my smoothies.
Adding them in this Raw Chocolate Fudge recipe looks good too, using agave instead of honey.
