cheezy jalapeno cornbread

Does anyone have a good recipe for cheezy jalapeno cornbread? I've only ever made plain. I was going to find a plain recipe and add chopped jalapenos and shredded cheeze but I don't have any agar agar flakes to make cheeze with. And can't afford any FYH. Does anyone have a good recipe specifically for cheezy cornbread, so I don't have to just add in a random amount of nutritional yeast to a regular recipe?
I made jalepeno cornbread tonight using mdvegan's cornbread recipe and adding some jalepenos. It was very soft and gooey (still delicious!). I don't think I added too much liquid. Has anyone had any problems with the baking times for the cornbread?

Just to clarify, it's vegetarian times' recipe. I just modified it.
Did you add the optional vegan cheese? What kind of creamed corn did you use? Canned or homemade?
It was canned. Draining some of the liquid out of the can next time seems like a logical solution now that I think of it. Most of it is probably there for preservation purposes anyways.
I don't have any recipes for cheezy jalapeno cornbread but I'll offer a word of advice. I added Follow Your Heart cheddar to some cornbread once and ended up with air pockets where the cheez pieces had been. Ha! It tasted good though. Just try to shred it as small as possible.
