There's a thread called "Help Me Use Up Ingredient X" (or something similar) that discusses "the cabbage question." I mention a red-cabbage slaw there that is deeelisshhheeous.

I love steaming cabbage and eating it plain with a little soy sauce and some sesame seeds thrown on top (but I'm a huge cabbage fan!!) It's great to use in stir-fries too.

i love to chop up some cabbage, carrots, some leafy greens, and make fresh spring rolls out of them. you can make them exactly to suit your tastes and they're ~so~ filling!
