brocoli+cashews+garlic=?

Good morning everyone!
I'm thinking about making brocoli stir fry for lunch, using cashews and (maybe) garlic in the recipe. I was wondering what other spices/sauces should I use in the dish? Tamari? Teriyaki? Onion/garlic powder? I have powdered miso soup somewhere too, dunno if that would be tastey or not.
I have a huuuuge batch of S&B golden curry and brown rice in the fridge, so maybe some type of stir fry that would compliment that would be nice.
Thanks for the help

i think a nice sweet brown sauce would be yummy. soy sauce, brown sugar, corn starch and water or veggie broth. yum!
that sounds really, really good. Thanks for the sauce tip.
Gotta scurry off and do some chores, then I'm gonna make lunch.
I just got done making this fabulous lunch. However, while I was mixing up the sauce I realized that I didnt have corn starch, and settled for flour. Then I went on to pour the sauce over the brocoli in the pan, while the heat was on. I made a sort of batter instead of sauce, but heck, it's tastey, so I'll eat it. I'm a college cook, so I'm still learning.
Thanks for the sauce, it's soooo good.
I'm going back to lunch now. :)>>>
yay. glad you like it. i got the idea from a recipe on here a long long while ago.
Next time you should try this recipe http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=8731.0 . It's really easy and really good!
