OMG, I am so so so so so up for this.
As mentioned in the chit chat thread, we're hopefully gonna have a 3 bed flat so if we do Wellington and people need places to kip we will have room for you! But I would be willing to travel. I want to see as much of NZ as possible, so obviously I have put Akl, and Chch as first places to visit because of you guys.
And my b'day is in beginning of July so what an awesome way to celebrate my b'day!
I am totally jealous.

Mr oww and I will be in Wellington between Thursday 29 June and Saturday/Sunday 01/02 July.
At this stage we will be staying with my brother who lives in Kelburn and we will be going to see Waiting for Godot at the St James on Friday night, but other than that have no plans yet.
let's start making some!! : )
I'm happy to come up at that time. Y'all let me know the date what suits you, and I'll book a flight... and :) is more than happy to come with me. Yay.

Ok I'm popping my head in to post rather than lurk...
I was all like "noooooooooo" because I was going to be in Christchurch that weekend for the annual interpreters conference. However, due to no less than 3 awesome things (vw meetup being the awesomest) on that weekend in Wellington I have decided to stay in the city. So lets do this thing!

??? Ummm, I just looked at a calendar and there is no weekend of 1st/2nd July. First weekend in July is 3rd/4th. Am I dreaming? I wanna get this clear before I go and 'grab a seat'. *scratches head*
I noticed that too heli....and assumed that oww meant the weekend of the 3rd/4th July. Oww.....come along and tell us wtf you mean!!!

It's cool. I can't actually pay for any tickets right now - until the next payday or perhaps the one after that - but I just wanted to be sure. ;)
:) will most likely not be coming along after all. :( Work's got more complicated and he might not be able to get out of it for the weekend. Le Sigh.

But we have tix for the play on FRIDAY 02, so we're looking at the weekend of 03/04 July, and Mr oww and I will probably be in town from Thursday 01 July.

Yep, yeah, and yes pleeeeease! :D That would be fabulous. I can travel from midday Friday, and come back afternoon/evening on Sunday. So if you see a good cheapy, um... oh hey! why not txt me? I'll send you a message with my number.

I would love to stay at yours if you're happy with that. 'preciate it very much. And I love showing off with foodz, so yes, I will gladly cook for you... but I am out of practice with vegan eats lately. I guess I have the next seven weeks to get back into practice. ;)b Woohoo!

sweet, this is going to be amazing.
Only thing is, we'll be staying with my bro and we really need to/want to spend some time with them as well, so we'll have to arrange carefully for maximising the awesomeness.
We're hoping to fly down on Thursday night, so if there was any chance Theo and/or Shell could have some/all of Friday off work then it would be cool if we could do something together during the day/afternoon.
Then Friday night Theo, Mr oww and I are going to see Waiting for Godot, so maybe Saturday night should be our main feast/party time? I dunno, but we've got heaps of time to sort it.
And yup, Heli, I've got your number now so will flick you a text if/when I see some opportune flights : )
