Yellow Rose Recipes

I don't cook often.  I've discovered that if I buy a cookbook, it will likely sit unopened.  That doesn't keep me from wanting to buy Yellow Rose Recipes cookbook.  Do any of you have it?  Would a non-kitchen oriented person get inspired?  My local bookstore has a bevy of vegan cookbooks, but not Yellow Rose, so I can't browse.

It helps me.  When I try to give Cat supportive  :)>>> he shrugs me off.
