I did a search for this and nothing came up so I assume it has yet to be discussed. By any chance, does anyone own this book? Also, if you are aware of any vegan french cookbooks that are good, let me know please. Merci :)
I have two...
One called "sans lait et sans oeuf", it has nice french vegan deserts (yet is uses a lot of honey in some!) and another called "tout cru", it's all raw and really nice for summer things.
Can you read french?
No, my french is really limited. :-\
I imagine finding a vegan french cookbook in english might be a bit difficult?
Is there a recipe in particular you're looking for? Or have an idea of something? I could look through mine and see if there's something similar to what you want, translate and email it to you.
If you go to amazon and use the search phrase "vegan french"- 2 books come up. I don't know anything about them and it doesn't look like they have many reviews.
Does someone have the recipe of the 'eggplant and tomato soup' from "A vegan taste of France" for me?
Or can someone maybe type it over?
I'm cooking at a voku tomorrow and i would like to use the recipe, but i don't have the book here at home.
I saw this book on a british veg website..but I forgot the name of the website :(
