Perfectly Pomegranate-y

Fall has officially arrived and with it its gorgeous gem-toned autumn jewels: from changing-color leaves to vibrant fall fruit such as pomegranates, persimmons, and passion fruit. While the latter two are delicious eaten out of hand and on their own, pomegranates are special because they can be enjoyed by the spoonful or in a salad, smoothie, or creative dish such as the Pomegranate Balsamic Grilled Tempeh (We’ve got that one for you below!).

Not only are they beautiful in hue and palatable in taste, they’re chock-full of nutrients and antioxidants too—many have dubbed the pomegranate a superfood. We think they’re quite super and scrumptious.
