Really good! I've made the other microwave brownie recipe, and it was not appealing. This is pretty much a perfect micro. brownie. I used the 2 tbs cocoa, and eyeballed the baking powder.

In terms of the recipe, I didn't do so well. I forgot to cook the glaze..and just spooned it over the eggplant after mixing it up. I also got a little confused about the frying.

This is good, but mine did turn out too salty. I reduced it more with additional water and added some pepper to tone it down. I also used sherry, and added some vegan worcestershire. Tasty!

Yum! I was planning on lots of different things (onion, some tvp "meat," a cheeze sauce...), but I used all my nut. yeast, and then didn't feel like doing the other things!

Delicious! I made the recipe as written, except used 1.5 smallish bananas. Oh, and only 2 cups flour. 12 good sized muffins done in 15.
yay! yummy, Erin! I've always loved brussels, and love them roasted, so the sauce was a great addition. I roasted with evoo, garlic salt, and pepper.
Yum, yum, yum!!! I've wanted to make this for a while, because of all those great kmouse photos. I now know why it's one of your staples!
