I'm digging these. I used a combo of vanilla, almond, and coconut extracts just for fun, and since I was feeling lazy I used whole wheat flour instead of oat flour.
These were super yummy, and I served this with some pasta and a simple marinara (oooh, fancy! :>). I also had problems keeping them together, so I just kept sprinkling in more vital wheat gluten.
This was really yummy! I needed a raw milk for my chia pudding, and as I don't have a Vitamix, I'm kind of limited on my options (the Magic Bullet just can't get it done!).
