This recipe sounds great! I only just discovered good Greek Tzatziki sauce using Greek yogurt before going vegan. Then soy yogurt seemed like it would never taste right.
So glad you are enjoying it! While I consider it my signature dish, I make so many variations of it, it hardly remains the same. I've used beet greens, turnip greens, arugula, etc.
This was my first ever batch of homemade ice cream and it came out better than I could've hoped for. It was really, really rich, so I might cut it with something next time.
